Location: Larkspur (by Marin Country Mart) | In-office Monday - Friday

- Have 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (finance, investment, or startup experience a plus)
- Are highly proficient with Outlook, Zoom, and modern office technology
- Are extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Operate with the highest level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
- Are proactive, solutions-oriented, and always thinking ahead
- Enjoy working on a small, driven team and contributing meaningfully to a growing firm
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Co-Founder & Director of Research and an additional senior executive
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring priorities run smoothly
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and logistics, both virtual and in-person
- Oversee domestic and international travel planning
- Support day-to-day office operations and provide general assistance to the onsite team as needed
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (including finance) on expenses, documentation, and workflow processes
- Assist with investor-related coordination, research support, offsites, and firm events
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while handling all matters with discretion and care
