Robins & Morton is looking for a Drywall Foreman to lead our Drywall team in the planning, lay-out and installation of drywall work.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:- Be able to perform all of the essential functions of the craft workers under his/her supervision.
- Train/teach safety practices, policies, and procedures related to an employee’s assigned tasks.
- Gain a complete understanding of the scope of work and the related parts of the project.
- Conduct tool box meetings & communicate safety concerns, work scope, plans & schedules to the crews.
- Plan and communicate with the warehouse, purchasing, and supervisor to assure that an adequate supply of tools, materials, and equipment are available.
- Ensure through personal inspections that correct construction procedures are followed and work is in compliance with plans & specifications.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) Preferred.
- Must be a highly qualified journeyman carpenter with at least 3 years’ experience.
- Comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions & procedure manuals.
- NCCER Certification preferred.
