Robins & Morton is looking for a Drywall Foreman to lead our Drywall team in the planning, lay-out and installation of drywall work.

• Be able to perform all of the essential functions of the craft workers under his/her supervision.
• Train/teach safety practices, policies, and procedures related to an employee’s assigned tasks.
• Gain a complete understanding of the scope of work and the related parts of the project.
• Conduct tool box meetings & communicate safety concerns, work scope, plans & schedules to the crews.
• Plan and communicate with the warehouse, purchasing, and supervisor to assure that an adequate supply of tools, materials, and equipment are available.
• Ensure through personal inspections that correct construction procedures are followed and work is in compliance with plans & specifications.

• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) Preferred.
• Must be a highly qualified journeyman carpenter with at least 3 years’ experience.
• Comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions & procedure manuals.
• NCCER Certification preferred.
