Position:
Lead / Senior HVAC Technician (Residential & Light Commercial)
Compensation: $30–$40/hr OTE (base pay + commissions/incentives; based on experience)

As a Lead/Senior HVAC Technician
, you’ll run service calls and support installs on residential and light commercial systems while setting the standard for quality and customer experience. You’ll work hands‑on in the field, help coach newer technicians when needed, and reinforce company processes—while keeping communication strong with customers and management.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- EPA Certification and 5–7+ years of HVAC experience
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and install systems
- Ability to mentor/coach technicians and lead by example
- Strong attention to quality and detail
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Dependable, trustworthy, and growth‑minded
Preferred (not required):
NATE certification and Service Titan experience.
