Location: Largo, FL.
Employment type: Full-time.

We are looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to work with a team of 3-4 shop employees in maintaining and repairing heavy equipment and vehicles at our fleet maintenance facilities in Largo. Candidates with previous experience with milling machines and shop leadership are highly valued.

• Routine maintenance and service of asphalt milling machines, paving equipment, trailers, service vehicles, tractors, mowers, and diesel trucks.
• Repairs to equipment systems including hydraulic, electrical, water and air.
• Repairs & maintenance to undercarriage on tracked equipment.
• Fluid and filter services on all equipment & vehicles.
• Work with provided tools and equipment.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Supply own tools.
• Major repairs are performed at our facilities in Largo.
• Some limited travel for maintenance & repairs to equipment on job sites.
• Driver’s license required.
• Minimum 40-hour work week plus overtime paid weekly.
