Con Serv Building Services was founded in 1991 as the service division of BCH Mechanical. We began dispatching HVAC techs in the Tampa Bay, FL area and expanded quickly to GA, SC, NC, VA, TN, MS, and AL. We are the number one choice for regional clients with multiple accounts, convenience stores, and those who prefer remote monitoring and control.

• Service commercial refrigeration equipment and systems that include walk‑in coolers, freezers, small self‑contained equipment, reach‑ins, etc.
• Responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC and/or commercial refrigeration equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC, repair & maintenance on refrigeration equipment
• Test lines, components, and connections for leaks
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
• Discuss heating or cooling system malfunctions with users to isolate problems and verify that repairs corrected malfunctions
• Repair or service HVAC systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, cleaning condenser and evaporator coils using approved methods and chemicals
• Install, connect, or adjust thermostats, humidistats, or timers
• Communicate with customers regarding status of repair or maintenance being performed or needed on equipment
• Order and install replacement parts as needed

• Ability to lift 50lbs, climb a ladder and work in any weather condition
• Universal EPA Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment background check and on‑site drug test
• Safely operate and maintain company‑provided vehicle
• Be available for after‑hours service to customers
• Provide top‑quality customer service
• Experience in a commercial HVAC setting, refrigeration equipment, ice machines, HVAC, hot foods, and preventative maintenance is a bonus
• Must provide own tools such as basic hand tools, gauges, and power tools
• Company‑Provided Tools: ladders, vacuum pumps, re‑claimers, torch and tank for nitrogen, leak detector
