Territory Sales Representative - HVAC Mechanical Service - Base Salary to 100k/year - Largo, FL

Our client is a well‑known HVAC mechanical servicing company that has been in business for over 100 years and has a stellar reputation in the commercial/industrial industry. As they continue to grow, they are looking to bring a Territory Sales Representative (internally titled Maintenance Sales Representative) on to join the team and hunt for new business opportunities as they are constantly growing!

The team functions as a close‑knit unit, consistently supporting one another, and is seeking someone who embodies a “customer‑first” mindset to align with their culture.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business by selling maintenance agreements to expand and strengthen the company’s existing maintenance base.
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, developing proposals, closing sales, and following up on maintenance agreements, mechanical projects, and additional service offerings.
  • Drive new business development through proactive outreach and relationship‑building with new customers and facilities (approximately 85% new business development / 15% account management).
  • Actively source new opportunities through cold calling, job site visits, networking, and other strategic prospecting efforts.
  • Conduct daily prospecting to identify businesses that could benefit from the company’s
Qualifications
  • Prior B2B experience
  • 4+ years of sales experience
Compensation
  • Base salary in the 85k - 100k/year range with a great commission structure.
