Job Description
We are seeking an experienced  Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)  to provide high-quality skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. The RN will manage a daily caseload, perform comprehensive assessments, and deliver patient-centered care in compliance with home health regulations.

Job Duties

Provide skilled home health nursing care to Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Commercial insurance patients.

Complete 6–8 skilled nursing visits per day.

Perform OASIS assessments including admissions, recertifications, resumptions of care, and discharges.

Administer medications via subcutaneous (SQ) and intramuscular (IM) injections.

Monitor patient response to medications and treatments.

Perform blood glucose monitoring using glucometers.

Manage anticoagulation therapy using pro-time machines.

Accurately document patient care in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

Requirements
Requirements

Minimum  1 year of Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) experience .

Home health experience with OASIS training and hands-on experience  required.

Active  Florida RN License  or  Multi-State Compact License .

BLS certification  from the American Heart Association (AHA)
