Bay Care Home Care is currently in search of our newest Home Health Clinician - Wound Care who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.

• Independently implements the nursing process utilizing clinical Standards and protocols.
• Serve as a role model in the management, leadership, and delivery of quality wound care nursing.
• Integrates the role of clinician, teacher, consultant, and coordinator within specialty.
• Responsible for professional accountability and development.
• Works in collaboration and is responsible for the delivery of patient care to wound patients.
• Receives and coordinates service requests.
• Good working knowledge of current wound care medications, techniques and equipment.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission requirements for wound care providers.
• Telemonitor Program WOCN:
  Able to successfully conduct virtual telemonitor visits with the outcome of providing appropriate consultative documentation for physicians and TMS.

• RN (Registered Nurse) License
• Wound-ostomy certification or Enterostomy
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Driver's License State of Florida within 30 days of hire

• Associate's Nursing
• Preferred Bachelor's Nursing or Master's Nursing

• Required 2 years Nursing
• Preferred 2 years Management
