$1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

Overview: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide weekend home health visits for our Medicare-certified agency. This role is ideal for an RN who values flexibility while delivering high-quality patient care in the home setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete skilled nursing visits, including assessments, wound care, medication management, and patient education.
Perform OASIS documentation for SOC/ROC/Recert visits as needed.
Monitor changes in patient condition and report promptly to the clinical team and physicians.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation according to Medicare and agency standards.
Provide education to patients and caregivers to promote safety, independence, and successful home recovery.
Active Florida RN license in good standing.
Home health experience
Strong understanding of OASIS and home health regulations.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
Excellent clinical judgment, independent work skills, and communication abilities.
Availability to work weekends.
