Advance SPCA Tampa Bay’s mission by maximizing the integration and use of fundraising technology to improve donor engagement, operational efficiency, data integrity, and revenue outcomes. Identify, recommend, and implement processes to improve the performance of fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives.

Serve as the primary expert and administrator for SPCA Tampa Bay’s CRM, Virtuous.

Configure, manage, and maintain user roles, permissions, workflows, properties, and fundraising processes within Virtuous.

Customize donation forms, campaigns, fundraising pages, and online giving experiences to ensure optimal donor usability and accurate data capture.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience working in a nonprofit or fundraising environment.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and email platforms.
• Experience integrating multiple data systems and third‑party applications.

Compensation Range: $47,000 to $67,000 based on experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
