Compensation:$17.16/hour + Shift Differential + Benefits + Overtime opportunities

What You’ll DoFully competent to perform all positions on a minimum of two or more production lines in the facility
Position will also be able to complete a wide variety duty such as:
Spot welding, fork lift operation, material location, painting, foam, brazing, Machine Operator 1, operating an assortment of hand tools including but not limited to screwdrivers, drills, pliers, banders, etc.Position will assist in the training and orienting of new employees
Must be willing to accept and receive frequent supervision and assistance with regard to responsibilities
Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
Be flexible with overtime and shift changesincluding Saturday hours as needed
Other duties as required
Required:
High school diploma or GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship (or equivalent years of education and 2 years of work experience)
Experience in amanufacturing or industrialsetting
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to read and interpret documents including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Hold a Forklift Certification, or obtain a certification within a two time allowance of testing all within the first month of starting position
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Training and/or supervisory experience

Ability to work in a noisy, dusty, industrial/manufacturing environment, and exposed to non-toxic fumes, chemicals, grease and oils
Ability to work with machinery and moving parts
Ability to operate crane, truck, motor vehicles
Ability to work with moving vehicles, ladders, and scaffolding
Ability to work at heights, and in confined spaces
Ability to properly lift/carry/push/pull/manipulate/transport up to 30 lbs
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, and frequently lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
Ability to work in repetitive motions and pressure involving fingers, hands, and wrists
The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing or walking over hard concrete surface
Exposure to recurring bending, crouching, stooping, kneeling, sitting, climbing, stretching, or similar activities
Ability to reach at high levels
Ability to read, write, speak and communicate in the English Language
Must have the physical strength and ability to frequently work more than 40 hours weekly
