Production Associate – Roll Cutting & Warehouse Support
CJ Bella Co. is an esablished but growing company specializing in producing high-quality decorative products. Our team takes pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and maintaining a positive, high-production work environment.
This position’s primary responsibility is cutting rolls of printed transfers, along with assisting in general warehouse tasks when needed.

Schedule- Monday – Friday
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Opportunity for overtime
- Cut rolls of printed transfers according to specifications
- Follow established procedures to ensure clean, precise cuts
- Meet daily production quotas
- Assist with general warehouse and production tasks when roll cutting is complete
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and production procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated to meet daily productivity goals
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
