We’re looking for a Finishing Machine Operator to join our production team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy hands‑on tasks, and want to grow with an innovative company, we’d love to hear from you.

• Operate a digital finishing machine for custom‑printed labels.
• Set up machines for each production job, ensuring correct materials and alignment.
• Inspect finished labels for quality, color accuracy, and correct dimensions.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machinery to maintain production efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Follow safety and quality procedures at all times.
• Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain output targets.

• Experience:
  
  1+ year operating finishing or converting machinery (label or print industry preferred).
• Skills:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read work orders and measurement tools (rulers, micrometers, calipers).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
