Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee all cost controls, inventory, cash flow, and customer relations during your shift.
• Ensure staff aligns with company policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, appearance, and marketing.
• Maintain store cleanliness and profitability.
• Supervise and train crew members in customer service and operational standards.

Essential Functions & Skills

• Perform basic math quickly and accurately; handle monetary change.
• Use a computer keyboard or touchscreen to enter orders.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers.
• Navigate maps and addresses within the delivery area.
• Deliver pizzas, flyers, or door hangers with a valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for the entire shift; occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Climbing stairs and operating a delivery vehicle as required.
• Performing routine reaching, bending, and reaching tasks in the store.
