Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit regulatory documentation for cosmetics, OTC drugs, and dietary supplements to relevant regulatory authorities and health agencies.
  • Support international market expansion by proactively identifying applicable product standards and regional regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes for a 21 CFR Part 11–compliant Document Management System (DMS).
  • Ensure all product labeling, promotional materials, and digital content comply with applicable regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain current regulatory certifications, licenses, and business permits.
  • Provide support across additional Quality functions and initiatives as required.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, personal care, dietary supplement, or medical device industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline required.
  • RAPS certification is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements for OTC drugs, cosmetics, and dietary supplements across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Familiarity with the EU Cosmetic Regulation, notification processes, and other global regulatory frameworks (e.g., AESAN guidelines).
  • Experience developing, implementing, and managing electronic document management systems in compliance with cGMP standards.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations with the ability to interpret and consistently apply requirements.
  • Proven ability to analyze technical data and prepare clear, concise regulatory submissions and reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable and responsive to shifting priorities, evolving regulatory requirements, and dynamic market conditions.
