About The Organization
Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering the full continuum of services for individuals with substance use and/or mental health disorders. PAR has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in west Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical service, and research. PAR’s Medication Assisted Patient Services (MAPS) Program provides quality out-patient opioid maintenance therapy to individuals suffering from the effects of Opioid Use Disorder (OUD).

The coordinator is responsible for day to day coordination of the support specialist staff. The coordinator will coordinate the support specialist schedules, staff coverage, training requirements, client transportation, and client services. The coordinator will work collaboratively with the management team to positively impact support staff job satisfaction, support staff retention, client retention, participation, and successful treatment completion. The coordinator will assist in revision and implementation on existing and new policies and procedures.
EducationAnd Experience
- High School Diploma / GED required
- Two years of experience working in the field of behavioral health preferred.
- Manager/leadership experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license
- Must be cleared by PAR auto insurance carrier to operate PAR vehicles
- Must pass level II background check and drug screen
- Must maintain current training as required by Operation PAR, Inc. policies
- Ability to write accurately and legibly
- Moderate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Windows-based computers
- Ability to accurately type at least 40 words per minute
- Ability to sit at a desk and view a display screen for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop and reach
- Ability to sit in meetings for extended periods of time
- Ability to move throughout program facilities both indoors and outdoors
- Ability to lift and carry 10 pounds
- Good hearing and vision
