Dispatcher/Customer Service Coordinator – Horizon Services, LLC.

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our dynamic, rapidly‑growing HVAC and plumbing team in Largo, FL.

Schedule is Tuesday‑Friday 10:30 AM‑7:00 PM and Saturday 7:00 AM‑3:30 PM. Sunday and Monday are days off (subject to change).

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians by optimizing routes and ensuring tickets are entered correctly in the computer system.
• Answer incoming customer calls, provide exceptional service, and respond to inquiries.
• Create dispatch numbers for all parts ordered, follow up on part orders, and schedule appointments for part installation.

• Minimum of two years of office/customer service experience (dispatch experience preferred).
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service attitude and ability to think on your feet.
• Self‑managed planning and scheduling skills.
• Team‑player with strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn customer‑service and scheduling/dispatch software.

Salary: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour. We also offer an impressive monthly bonus plan, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.
