We’re building something big in Ocean Reef — and we’re looking for the right Construction Manager to help lead all ground-up residential and renovation projects for our Design Center.
Ocean Reef presents a significant opportunity, with many properties ready for modernization. Our company is positioned to become the premier residential builder in the community, offering streamlined, one-price renovation packages with curated finish options. The Construction Manager will be the go-to expert for every project we secure in the community — working alongside our Sales Director to deliver a seamless, high-end client experience.
What You’ll Do:- Lead and manage multiple residential renovation projects simultaneously
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and quality control
- Serve as the primary construction contact for homeowners
- Build trusted relationships within the community
- Establish the standard for craftsmanship and execution in the market
- Extensive experience in residential construction management (required)
- Proven success managing multiple active renovation projects
- Strong leadership, accountability, and problem-solving skills
- High standards for quality and client service
- Local to the Florida Keys
This is a leadership role with the opportunity to shape and define the standard for residential renovations in Ocean Reef.
