Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and coordinating the field plumbing, pipe fitting & welding-related workforce and resources on a project, ensuring efficient and timely completion of work while adhering to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines. This role involves hiring, scheduling, monitoring, and supervising crews. Responsibility for field plumbing, piping, and welding department supervision.


What you will be doing:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, allocate manpower effectively, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of work.
• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of necessary materials, ensuring they are available when needed.
• Maintain clear communication with field crews, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient collaboration and problem resolution.
• Supervise crews, providing guidance, instruction, and support to ensure work is completed efficiently and according to project specifications.
• The ability to plan, organize, and manage plumbing, piping and welding projects efficiently is a key requirement.
• Keeping projects on schedule and meeting deadlines.
• Being able to think critically and find solutions to unexpected challenges is important.

What you need for this position:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Project Management or Labor Coordinator position.
