This role is perfect for an experienced accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple financial functions.

Salary: $26.55 - $37 per hour

Shift: First

Work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Education: Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

Prepares journal entries, account analysis, roll forwards and other analysis for assigned general ledger accounts

Prepares and completes bank reconciliations

Prepares fixed asset and depreciation schedules

Records Payroll/401K/Insurance Entries

Manages Escheatment reporting in accordance with state guidelines

Performs monthly reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts

Records tax payments and submits state tax returns as scheduled

Reviews and processes car reimbursements

Maintains credit card matrix

Assists in the preparation of internal reports and schedules

Assists Accounts Payable as required

Supports internal customer experience for motus, credit card, concur expenses, UPS, and supplies

Manages prepaid expense schedule

Prepares and manages the Sales Bonus Accrual Postings

Assists in the preparation of the monthly CEO report and financial management budget reports

Skills

Chartered Accountant
Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA)
Certified Management Accountant
