D Dispatchers (Day or Night Shift)!/strong  /Thestrong Dispatcher/strongis responsible for assisting Local Pamp;

D to efficiently and effectively support drivers of our fast-paced organization.  /strong

Key measures of success include:/strongulli

Strong call handling performance as measured by the Call Availability Report (CAR)./lili

High performance of fleets that are assigned./lili

Be recognized by team, peers, and drivers as a key supporter./lili Demonstrate great customer service with drivers./li/ulpstrongstrong

Responsibilities:/strong/strong/pulli

Acts as an extension of Fleet Supervisor of fleets assigned./lili Communicates in a clear and consistent manner and with high integrity./lili Accurately enters information into company computer systems./lili Escalates problems per escalations guidelines./lili Works with team members to solve problems./lili Provides clear work instructions to drivers./lili Demonstrates high resource utilization./lili Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment./li/ulstrong

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED./lili Strong customer service skills./lili Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography./lili Competent user of MS Office./li/ulpstrong
