li Strong call handling performance as measured by the Call Availability Report (CAR)./li
liHigh performance of fleets that are assigned./li
liBe recognized by team, peers, and drivers as a key supporter./li
li Demonstrate great customer service with drivers./li

liActs as an extension of Fleet Supervisor of fleets assigned./li
li Communicates in a clear and consistent manner and with high integrity./li
li Accurately enters information into company computer systems./li
li Escalates problems per escalations guidelines./li
li Works with team members to solve problems./li
li Provides clear work instructions to drivers./li
li Demonstrates high resource utilization./li
li Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment./li
