- 10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on systems architecture
- 8+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails
- Experience in Agile and TDD environments building SaaS applications in the cloud (AWS)
- Proven experience leading projects and mentoring engineers
- Solid understanding of building modern web applications at scale
