Location: Rio Grande Ranch, 409 Riverhill Loop, Laredo, TX, 78046
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech to join our team at Rio Grande Ranch. The ideal candidate will have experience with Mayfair Maintenance Tech II and be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Utilize Mayfair Maintenance Tech II skills to optimize maintenance processes and equipment performance.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably with Mayfair Maintenance Tech II expertise.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Relevant technical certifications or training in maintenance preferred.
