** is looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator to support our construction and maintenance/vegetation contract in the Laredo, TX area.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Safe operation of heavy construction equipment including skid steer, backhoe, dozer, excavator, loader, and other.
+ Safely operate heavy equipment to move and grade dirt, rock, sand, gravel and other materials.
+ Follow company safety policies and procedures, and report accidents and potential risks to leadership.
+ Perform general maintenance and cleaning of heavy equipment.
+ Perform other related duties as required.

* Qualifications:

* + Must be able to clear a government background check, drug test, and MVR.
+ Experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment.
+ Ability to work in a safety sensitive construction setting.
+ Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 60 lbs.
