* Key Responsibilities:

* - Perform construction, repair, and maintenance tasks on utility infrastructure including pipelines, water mains, sewer systems, and other related projects.
- Operate heavy machinery such as backhoes, trenchers, and excavators safely and effectively.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to execute work tasks in alignment with project requirements.
- Collaborate with project supervisors and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct inspections to assess utility system conditions and identify areas in need of repair or maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and standards to maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

* Qualifications:

* - Proven experience as a utilities craftsman or in a similar heavy civil construction role.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining heavy equipment.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations within the construction industry.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Certification in heavy equipment operation is a plus.
