We are immediately hiring Part‑time, Flex, Unarmed Security Officers in the Laredo, TX area
. Positions are available for all shifts, all days of the week—including weekends. The pay rate is $15.00 per hour, paid weekly

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the post orders and standard operating procedures (SOP). The officer will read, become extremely knowledgeable of, and act quickly and efficiently according to those directives. For a Flex officer, duties include training at various posts or facilities based on operational need and responding to open shifts due to illness, call‑offs, weather, vacation, or other causes.
FlexOfficer Explanation
The Flex Officer position is crucial to our company’s operational and financial success. The flex officer provides trained, competent support by covering shifts that become open, ensuring uninterrupted service to our customers while protecting the health and work balance of our personnel.
Scheduling Expectations- Being trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need; assignments may last several weeks but are not permanent.
- Schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week, etc.) will vary based on operational need.
- You will be offered or assigned shifts as they become available.
- Some shifts will be scheduled in advance and posted with the new week’s schedule, while others may require short‑notice coverage.
- When scheduled, you must work any shift that falls within your described availability. If you know you will be unavailable, communicate this with your supervisor.
- For short‑notice call‑ins, you are expected to work at least 80% of the shifts called. Refusing more than 20% of called shifts may negatively impact your employment status.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Level II Texas Security License.
- 1 year of security experience.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Open availability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Must pass a background and drug test.
