• Enforce state and municipal laws ensure safety of patrons, staff, and event participants.
• Assist with accidents.
• Respond to arena disturbance calls in progress by verbally and physically controlling offenders.

• Valid TCOLE certification required.
• Must be currently employed as an officer with the City of Laredo Police Department and have received prior written permission from the Chief of Police to hold part-time off‑duty employment with ASM Global - Laredo Energy Arena.
• Valid TX Class ’C’ driver's license required.
• High School diploma or G.E.D. required; B.A. in Criminal Justice or related field is preferred.
• Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• MUST BE 21+ YEARS OLD TO APPLY.

This position will require a considerable amount of walking, climbing, stooping and possibly heavy lifting. It requires work in both indoor and outdoor settings. It may be subjected to adverse conditions, including physical contact from hostile people.
