Team Lead needed for immediate full‑time leadership position in Laredo, TX.
About The JobAs a Team Lead, you are responsible for successfully growing and managing a team of Energy Pros representing the energy service provider, Reliant Energy. You will lead by example with personal sales while building a sales team, effectively training, coaching, and mentoring reps on delivery of sales training, brand awareness, product knowledge, sales techniques, and assistance with any issues.

Responsibilities- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (able to read, write, and speak Spanish)
- Oversee management of multiple locations in retail big box stores
- Motivate a team of Sales Associates (Energy Pros) to engage with consumers about Reliant solutions
- Assess client needs and find opportunities to improve energy efficiency
- Teach Energy Pros to uncover consumer desires, deliver catered solutions, and overcome objections
- Collaborate with your team to accomplish sales goals and celebrate success
- Deliver superior sales results with an exceptional customer experience
- Meet established monthly/weekly personal and team sales quota/goals
- Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints
- Hourly plus bonus averaging $800–$1,200 a week
