We seek results-oriented individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic to prospect, conduct face-to-face cold calls, and enroll new members.
What’s in it for you:- W-2 with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, matching 401k, and more) - eligible after 30 days
- 52 weeks training pay (or commission, whichever is greater) - training pay begins at $1,200/week
- $1,000 Start-on-time bonus
- $80,000 - $90,000 typical first-year earnings
- Weekly commissions, monthly & quarterly bonuses
- UNCAPPED earning potential (Straight Commission)
- 40% of our sales force earns 6-figures, with the top 10% earning over $200K
- Monthly Mileage reimbursement

We educate small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting) using NFIB's proven sales presentation. This is a hunter/closer role, employing an assumptive one-call close with no account management after the sale.
What you will be responsible for:- Meeting small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting)
- Memorizing and utilizing NFIB’s proven 5-minute sales presentation
- Building rapport and delivering engaging presentations
- Overcoming objections and closing sales
- Processing payments on the spot
