Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Customer Service Rep
Position Summary
As a Cake Decorator you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
What You’ll Do- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources. Communicate and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service, being flexible to business needs, maintaining inventory levels, and controlling shrinkage.
- Plan bakery production to ensure consistency and quality of decorative designs, following recipe measurements and working with a variety of products to decorate items. Ensure adherence to food‑safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment.
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement. Use handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
- Drive the performance of the bakery area, ensuring quality and date‑control standards, eliminating waste, and preparing for seasonal events. Identify member needs, assist with purchasing decisions, and resolve member issues and concerns.
- Act as a brand ambassador by valuing the member experience, modeling high‑quality service and products, and interacting with associates to understand roadblocks. Assist in training, inspire, and influence them to work respectfully, supportively, and team‑oriented.

CompensationHourly wage range: $19.00 to $27.00.
Additional compensation may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
Minimum Qualifications- Minimum 6 months’ experience in a fresh production area.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
- Cake decorating.
