Job Summary

Retail Inventory Associate - Driver at WIS International (Laredo, TX)
Part‑time position. Starting wage: $16.00 – $18.50 per hour, with a productivity‑based wage increase of up to $5.00 as performance improves.

• Safely transport team members to and from inventory events, adhering to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.
• Conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Count and record inventory with precision; use handheld scanners or counting tools.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow and meet daily performance goals.
• Move between inventory locations, often standing or walking for extended periods.
• Represent WIS as a professional face of the organization, upholding core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.

• Minimum age: 21 years.
• Preferred experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver or warehouse work.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus, attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Desired but not required: military experience, no degree needed, returning to workforce, or no prior inventory experience.
• Access to reliable transportation.

• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative reports, background checks, and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
• Availability for flexible schedules, including very early mornings, late evenings, and occasional overnight stays.
