Want to make a lot of people’s day? Our Member Frontline Cashier Associates are the heart of our front end. You play a major role in how our members feel in the club and when they leave. You might be the first, last, and sometimes only associate that our members interact with. That’s why it’s so important to smile, greet, and thank each and every one.

We are looking for friendly faces to run registers and support our members through the self-checkout experience. The pace can be fast, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season. You may juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members: scanning items, processing payments, and maintaining a clean area. It’s hard work, but our cashiers find it rewarding as part of a large team with a common goal: happy, satisfied members.

Maintain safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures; conduct safety-related activities; handle and dispose of hazardous materials as applicable; follow company standards and report unsafe situations to facility management.

Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assist with purchasing decisions; locate merchandise; resolve issues and concerns; promote products and services; support member self-service technology; process member purchases; assist with payments; operate registers or self-checkout; organize merchandise.

Comply with company policies and ethics; implement related action plans and uphold Open Door Policy in business processes and practices.

Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; manage priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress and opportunities for improvement; adapt to change and feedback.
