• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, including taking orders and answering questions about menu offerings.
• Balance a cash register and provide upsell opportunities to customers.
• Prepare customer orders from various kitchen stations (sandwich line, fry station, grill station, or other station depending on the restaurant concept).
• Ensure proper food safety conditions and sanitation to deliver a fresh and safe product to the customer.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and potential leadership roles.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds; work in varied temperatures.
