Job Summary
Provide training and coordinate training on production lines on multiple lines of equipment.
Job Description Responsibilities- Provide general or specialized training and observations. Certify operators in training procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions for employees on specific shifts.
- Develops benchmarks and measures the ongoing effectiveness of relevant processes and systems related to the Training function. Update and customize course materials as needed. Record all training to help insure consistency in training processes.
- Perform on-going training needs assessments utilizing a variety of methods to include consultation with management and business performance metrics to identify new training opportunities.
- Comply with internal reporting processes and rules.
- Fill in as needed as Operator on various equipment.
- High school diploma.
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bilingual; fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience with AS400.
- Training experience.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$19.00 - $27.50 Hourly
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
