Promote clear, proactive communication between Laredo Terminals and the Customer Service Team. Improve efficiency in terminal operations and ensure damage-free, timely deliveries.

• Be present daily to resolve problems on the spot.
• Follow and improve procedures for safe, on-time deliveries—especially to customer brokers.
• Coordinate shipments with the operations team to minimize damage.
• Analyze terminal performance and recommend truck distribution for Monday deliveries.
• Maintain and build relationships with FTL carriers and customer brokers in Laredo.
• Support damaged shipment rework negotiations with terminals.
• Track and report on KPI performance at each Laredo terminal.
• Collaborate with deliveries across Laredo offices on delivery-impacting issues.

• Deliver all shipments weekly—on time and damage-free.
• Optimize local delivery procedures and supplier selection.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate communication within teams.
• Improve rates and services through negotiation with terminals and carriers.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• 2–3 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills.
• High availability and proactive attitude.
• Understanding of international trade and Mexican customs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
