Equipment Technician; Mechanic

Position Description

The Equipment Manager will be responsible for all equipment repair and maintenance of turf equipment and vehicle fleets, quality of cuts, parts purchasing/inventory, and shop management. The Equipment Manager will be a self‑motivated, enthusiastic, hands‑on, positive leader who integrates with the agronomy team to produce championship golf conditions for Laredo Country Clubs members and guests. The equipment manager works closely with the team and reports directly to the Director of Agronomy.

Established in 1983 and built on over 160 acres of once‑vegetative ranch land, Laredo Country Club provides an unexpected level of difficulty combined with strategically designed putting greens. Legendary golf course designer Joe Finger created the most distinctive and strategically designed golf course in South Texas in Laredo Country Club.

Laredo Country Club provides a family‑oriented social setting and promotes exceptional sports, dining, and recreational experiences. With an 18‑hole golf course, driving range, eight tennis courts, sports court, four banquet halls, fitness center, and three restaurants, Laredo Country Club is "Our Family's Second Home."
