Overview
A company is looking for an AVP / Senior Broker, Commercial Lines to manage sales results and client relationships while leading a small team in the Atlantic Region.
Responsibilities- Manage and execute broking strategies for Middle Market accounts
- Negotiate terms and pricing with carriers while resolving placement challenges
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients
- BA / BS preferred
- More than 10 years of experience in Commercial lines servicing / sales
- Related supervisory or management experience
- P&C license required upon hire
