Schedule: Monday‑Friday;

- Licensed to practice physical therapy in the current state of practice
- Willing to work in both home and clinic‑based settings
- Valid, unexpired driver’s license and automotive insurance
- Experience in pediatric rehabilitative services preferred
- Compensation may vary based on experience, education, productivity, supervision, location, and other factors
