- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- ACLS, PALS, or NRP (or obtained within six months of employment) in required specialty.
- BLS (or obtained during orientation)
- De‑escalation training (obtained CPI within six months of employment) in required specialty.
- Current state nursing license.
- TNCC required (or obtain within 18 months of employment).
- Prefer one‑year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.
