• Provide medical nutrition therapy in skilled nursing and rehab settings
• Conduct nutrition assessments and develop care plans
• Monitor high-risk residents (weights, wounds, tube feeding, dialysis)
• Support survey readiness and quality assurance audits
• Review weight reports, manage unplanned weight loss, and complete consults
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, dietary teams, and administrators

• Registered Dietitian (RDN) and Texas Licensed Dietitian (LDN)
• Strong communication and clinical judgment
• Spanish fluency preferred; primary population is Hispanic/Mexican
• Full-time availability (32 hours standard; 40 hours available upon request)
