The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day framework required to plan, coordinate, and execute a project. The Project Coordinator will ensure all aspects of the project run smoothly and efficiently to ensure project goals & deliverables are met. This individual works collaboratively with physicians, leadership, staff, and applicable support departments to ensure the successful completion of the assigned project.
Job Duties /Responsibilities:- Proactively coordinates assigned project progress and timelines to ensure project goals and deliverables are met. Coordinates day to day project tasks. Coordinates project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule, or scope as directed by the Project Manager. Conducts post project implementation review to identify successes and opportunities for future projects. Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project teams throughout the project life cycle.
- Coordinates with local leadership, new providers, and corporate members of the on-boarding team to ensure a seamless on-boarding process.
- Produces preliminary materials for internal and external dissemination and review as directed by the Sr. Project Manager. Participates in presentations as needed.
- Coordinate strategic short-range on-boarding processes to support the organization's and practice’s goals. Leads the Market Transition Calls, Maintains weekly reporting on status of providers on-boarding/off-boarding etc. for leadership team in collaboration with Contract Coordinator.
- Submits Capital Appropriation & Project Authorization & Cost requests and coordinates the delivery or installation of capital purchases.
- Provides administrative support to the Sr. Project Manager

- Associate’s Degree in Business or healthcare related field is required.
- Minimum of One to Three years of administrative or executive assistant role in a healthcare environment is required. Three to Five years of administrative or executive assistant role in a healthcare environment is preferred. Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
