Compliance Investigator

Position: Compliance Investigator I
* ** Education** – Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.
* ** Experience** – Two year of related experience.
* Knowledge of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, and/or the Americans with Disabilities Act.
* Trained/certified as an investigator and/or in victim trauma.
* Effective investigative examination and interviewing techniques.
* Listen well and demonstrate sensitivity and respect for others.
* Use discretion and good judgment in highly sensitive situations.
* Possess strong organizational and analytical skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Effectively work on multiple simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.
* Work independently.
