Application Pool Notice
Laredo College continuously accepts applications for part-time (adjunct) instructors to create a pool of candidates for each session/semester. Applications will be reviewed, and positions will be filled based on department needs.
Instruct students in courses assigned by the Upward Bound Director in which the instructor has expertise.
Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities- Develop, evaluate, and revise programs, courses, and objectives to ensure instructional and programmatic responsiveness to the academic needs of our students and to ensure instructional quality through the achievement of competency-based objectives.
- Participate in activities such as in-service sessions, sports activities, out-of-town field trips, and social or cultural activities.
- Provide a safe environment for the students and be responsible for the security of the students during out-of-town field trips and all events scheduled.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.

- Bachelor's degree in teaching field.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit.
