Hospitalist - Southwest Texas

Overview

HNIHealthcare is seeking full-time physicians to join the Hospitalist Team at Doctors Hospital in Laredo, Texas. We are recruiting both BE/BC Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Physicians for an 8-provider team. Practicing physicians and residents to be considered.

• Join the Hospitalist Team at Doctors Hospital in Laredo, TX.
• Work schedule:
  
  7 on / 7 off, 7 am – 7 pm.
• Rounding with a team of 2 physicians and 1 NP.
• Care delivery at an 183-bed Level III Trauma Center with a 24-bed Open ICU.
• No procedures and no codes required.
• EMR:
  Cerner.
• Average patient census: 18.
• Physician-owned for-profit hospital with highly competitive salary, bonuses, and benefits.

• Board certified, or board eligible, MD or DO with training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Current or in-process, unrestricted Texas license to practice.
• Current, unrestricted federal, and as needed state prescriptive authority.
