Job DescriptionThe Customer Service Representative engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. WhatYou Will Do in This Role
- Receive incoming calls, chats, and emails, from customers interested in purchasing/researching travel by following standard scripts and procedures.
- Greet and converse with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
- Make recommendations based on the customer’s needs and preferences.
- Determine customer reservation needs and preferences by utilizing established question and answer techniques.
- Research travel rates, destinations, options, accommodations, and packages for customers.
- Process travel transactions by entering accurate and complete reservation information into the relevant systems.
- Read legal scripts verbatim while maintaining quality standards.
- Professionally and accurately support customer requests for itinerary changes or cancellations.
- Correctly answer general travel and site related questions from customers.
- Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:
- High school degree or equivalent (required)
- Empathy
- Experience in Customer Service not required, but encouraged
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking environment
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Bilingual not required, but encouraged to apply.
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

- The base salary range for this position is $15- $16/hr., plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
