* Job Summary:

****** The NSF Processing clerk is responsible for the overall processing of NSF decision made by the bank officers/branch managers for all Texas markets. The must also contact and follow up with liaisons and officers/managers as needed to ensure timely completion of all NSF lists.

********** ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

*** Assist with on the job training/cross training of employees
* Identify and escalate high priority or out of ordinary situations/requests and handle them accordingly
* Knowledge of bank products and services
* Handle phone calls from the branches using proper service etiquette and active listening to ensure quality service
**** SKILLS
* **** Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines as assigned
* Ability to utilize multiple computer applications/ programs efficiently
* Ability to provide detailed instructions over the phone
* Self-starter that works well in a group environment
** EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
*** High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Computer literate and have some working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Effective English verbal and written communication skills, Bilingual Spanish is a plus
* Able to work required schedule
* Able to meet end enforce deadlines
* At least 1 year of working experience, customer service experience preferred
