Program Specialist

Position: Program Specialist I
* ** Experience** – No prior experience.
** Education** – Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Arts Administration, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a closely related discipline.
* Multitask and work cooperatively with others.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
* Maintains attention to detail and utilizes sound judgment.
* Knowledge of event coordination, scheduling processes, and basic marketing and promotional workflows.
* Ability to coordinate multiple activities and deadlines.
* Communicate effectively with faculty, students, staff, and external partners.
* Adapt to frequent schedule changes while maintaining attention to detail.
