The Salesperson is responsible for generating revenue growth by identifying potential customers, products or services, following those leads and closing sales. This role manages the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to final negotiation, developing a network of contacts, capitalising on existing relationships, attracting new customers, identifying new market opportunities and oversee future growth projects to encourage repeat business and long-term satisfaction.
Experience& Skills
- 3+ Years experience in sales or business development.
- Persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital communication skills.
- Self motivated, target driven and confident working independently.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, events, and online channels.
- Clearly and confidently present the companies products and services through tailored pitches, meetings and site visits.
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, interactions, progress and sales status’s.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts and negotiate pricing allowing for sufficient margin, with the support of the Finance Manager.
- Build strong customer relationships, understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, renewals and referrals.
- Produce regular reports to include forecast accuracy and market insights.
- Close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
