• Operate all delivery equipment.
• Stock and rotate ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare products and handle telephone and internet orders, including counting inventory and completing paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility.
• Stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders and stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, reach, and grasp while using machines, tools, and equipment; tolerate varying temperatures and conditions inside and outside.
• Receive on‑the‑job training covering customer‑service orientation, interactive computer program, and hands‑on practice.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers over phone and in person.
• Safely drive own vehicle, navigate roads, maps, and adverse terrain, including stairs of delivery sites while carrying products.
• Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide to provide correct monetary change (calculator may be used).
